A fantastic day with a real koi show and lots of things to do with pond and gardening!
After last year’s resounding success, the 4th edition of this super-friendly event is a must. Once again, a two-day koi show with approximately 80 competition vessels will be displayed on the beautiful grounds of De Vossenberg tree nursery. And for the second time, a complete youth show will be included! Besides many exhibitors for your pond hobby, you’ll find this weekend exhibits for bonsai, landscaping, garden ornaments, and much more. This year, the focus will be even more on Japanese culture and everything related to it!
A bouncy castle, a treasure hunt, and a coloring contest for the little ones, a club booth with activities, a big raffle with fantastic prizes, and much more! This weekend is not to be missed!

In 2022, we were guests at the KoiCave with the very first Tosai & Bonsai Show at the Van den Brand family and their fantastic tree nursery.
The tree nursery is located in Oudenbosch, Brabant, known for its Basilica. Oudenbosch has traditionally been a tree-growing area, where primarily avenue trees were grown.
Founded in 1978 by Frans van den Brand, the company, now covering 100,000 m², has been in business for an impressive 45 years. The company specializes in espalier trees, topiary trees, garden bonsai, and other garden plants and trees. From Japanese azaleas, Japanese dogwoods, and maples/acers to fruit trees and pines, De Vossenberg is the place to be.
The resounding success of that first one-day show has ensured we’re back this year. We’ve immediately expanded the event even further. That’s no small feat! A large part of the nursery has literally been renovated, creating space to make this year’s event even more impressive.
Thanks to the tireless efforts and hospitality of Emyl, Moniek, Tijs, Max and the nursery staff, our visitors can look forward to another wonderful weekend.
The success of the Koi & Bonsai Show 2026 will certainly not depend on this wonderfully hospitable location!
