The KoiCave
For and by hobbyists
Founded out of a love for the hobby, a pure passion for pond keeping! KoiCave is a koi club that unites all members with the common goal of increasing knowledge and skills. This results in more enjoyment of the hobby and optimal living conditions for our beloved koi. KoiCave fosters true friendships through sharing our passion. That’s what this koi club stands for!

KoiCave organises fun get-togethers throughout the year in the country where new friendships are born. Let’s be honest: what’s more fun than having a drink together by the pond and talking about koi?
Events, courses, workshops and seminars all year round
In the winter, courses and seminars are primarily offered to expand knowledge and skills. During the peak koi season, gatherings are held where friendship, conviviality, and knowledge-building prevail.
KoiCave Koi & Bonsai Show 2026
A fantastic day with a real koi show and lots of things to do with pond and gardening!
After last year’s resounding success, the third edition of this super-fun event is inevitable. Once again, a two-day koi show with approximately 70 competition tanks will be displayed on the beautiful grounds of the Vossenberg tree nursery.
Finding an educational but above all, friendly koi club wasn’t always easy!
KoiCave has always been about having a good time, but we also believe it’s important to have an educational purpose for the club. To share all our knowledge, we have several WhatsApp groups, our KoiCave forum, Facebook groups, and our own YouTube channel, including a monthly livestream, CaveTalk. On these channels, we share all our knowledge and keep everyone updated on all the trends and developments surrounding our wonderful hobby.

KoiCave works closely with the Koi and Pond Advisory Group. If you’re experiencing pond problems, you’ve come to the right place! If your pond isn’t problematic, but you’d still like to expand your knowledge, our forum is the place to be. You can share and expand your knowledge there.
